kulang un..

pag nagchest ka kase eh nawoworkout din pati ung triceps mo tsaka anterior deltoid.. (nosebleed, hehehe. ito ung base ng arm mo n ung front section area)

dpat mgnda dn ang shoulders mo kase makikita ung kaibahan nito kht na nakat-shirt ka pa.. obvious pa dn tignan.

dpat mganda dn ang legs mo.. kase ang panget nmn tignan kung para kang c Johnny Bravo..

Pero gusto q lng i-clarify na hinde mo xa kailangang itrain lhat sa isang session lng.. dpat at least 1 big muscle group at 1 small muscle group lang..

big muscle group: chest, back, legs, abs
small muscle group: biceps, triceps, traps, deltoids

sa big muscle eh u can lift heavy weights while light nmn sa small muscle group.

^ ayos to... nagiging familiar na ako sa dapat na i-workout ng husto...

teka.. tama ba na dapat daw unahin i-workout ang leg muscles?

well,ok lng.. anyway here's my workout pattern, pwede nyong ichange dpende sa desire ninyo..

monday - shoulder and legs
wednesday - chest and biceps
friday - back and triceps

lhat ng workout eh me nakasinget na ab workout sa dulo..

sir, ilang hours per day lang advisable magworkout? di po ba okay magworkout everyday? thanks!

it depends sa gagawin mo.
regular fitness, 30mins to an hour every day is actually great for your health.

hmm, if u r aiming to increase your muscle mass... aka. ung magka obvious muscle eh u need to train at least 3x a week with at least 1 day rest in between.. it goes like this:

M - work out
T - rest day
W - work out
Th - rest day
F - work out
Sat - break
Sun - break

pwede mong i-adjust yan dpende sa sched mo.. The reason kya me mga rest day eh to give ur body enough time to recover from ur intense workout. Yan din ung time na makakaramdam ka ng DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness), eto ung sumasaket ung mga muscles mo the next day. Moreover, pra makaiwas ka din sa over fatigue/ over training.

FYI, ang process ng pagbubuild natin ng muscle eh hinde sa workout day kunde sa REST DAY na kung saan nirerepair ng ktawan mo ung mga micro-tears na gawa ng muscle overload dun sa workout day mo yesterday. Also as much as possible eh sleep for 8 hours.

lots of comedy  ;D warm up pa lang mali na agad. ang nadampot ko na inaakala kong metal stick na pang-warm up, hindi pala. yun yung nilalagyan ng weights...

umalis ang instructor naglakas ng loob ako gawin mag-isa ang pagbuhat kaya wala pang 15 counts bagsak sa dibdib ko ang binubuhat ko  :D

hahaha nice experience. buti hinde tinest ang limit mo sa gym yung bang hanggang to the last power mo ay umaalalay pa yung instructor sa bench press. Ung metal stick na lang wala na palang weights tapos di mo pa din iyon maitaas  ;D

this happens to all pero mali iyon dapat hinde binibigla lalo na pag first time. I experience this, one week akong hinde nakapasok sa school  ;D

1st tym ko s gym yinaya lang ako ng clasmeyt ko kc daw gusto nyang magpapayat sakto naman next week pupunta kmi ng beach so i decided n sumama para magandang tignan ang atawan ko kpag pumnta kmi ng beach,nung una ndi ko lam ang ga2win taz binigyn ki ng tube taz pinagstreching kmi ang skit ng kalamnan ko on d following day ndi ako mkagalaw...taz tinuloytuloy kupa...until now
