Wala lang. Siguro some simple reminders that we can all post to remind each one of us to take care of our health. :-)

never talaga ko nag smoke sa buong buhay ko. Yun amoy pa lang ng usok kainis na. ;D

Bout this topic -

* eat healthy foods
* exercise

Laging maging masaya.. wala lang naisip ko lang. hehe

It's better to eat fat rather than carbohydrates.. especially if you are an inactive individual..

carbs are the reason why you  gain fat!

carb increase --> insulin spike --> muscle glycogen refill --> excess energy will be converted to body fat for future use.
