No doubt some of you can already do 50 consecutive push ups, but let's face it, you're in a big minority. Most of you reading this won't even be able to manage 20 pushups. Actually, I'm sure many of you can't even do 10.

However, it really doesn't matter which group you fall into. If you follow the progressive push ups training program, I'm positive you'll soon be able to do 100 push ups!

Perhaps i'll try this one next year.  :D

I can do a hundred push ups.. kaso.. prang i cannot see its benefits..

body weight lang kasi ang kalaban mo sa push ups. at some point, kayang kaya mo na. so mas mainam na gumamit na ng machine and weights para ma adjust yung bigat

nag-try ako ng ganyang program. super effective. kaya lang that was 4 years and 20kgs ago.

So far hanggang 20 lang kaya ko na tuloy-tuloy.

Pero yes effective sya..

I know someone na maganda ang hubog ng chest at arms dahil sa push-ups kahit never syang nag-gym.
Sabi niya nag-start sya sa 8 reps each day pagkagising. Then pataas ng pataas hanggang sa umabot siya ng 40-50 push-ups every day. Not sure if nataasan pa nya yun threshold niya na 40-50 pero yun yung last na kaya niya na tuloy-tuloy as of this moment. He's been doing it for more than 2 years na.

Meron din syang program na 100 pullups.

Wew! Hanggang 8-10 lang kaya ko usually installment pa lol. Kaya ako napapagalitan ng coach ko haha
