mahirap makahanap ng ok na design at size for me... but either way, it works well with anything. i have 1 pair, and i sometimes use it with business casual. take note: hindi ako nahuhuli sa office.

i love toms. i love the concept. and i love the advocacy. pero i hope it's a little cheaper. parang it's overrated for the prize (php 2k+ for a pair).

try mo paez shoes, an argentinian brand. cheaper and madaming desings. nabasa ko dati na ang inspiration ng creator ng toms shoes ay ang paez. He was once a part of amazing race and nung magpunta sila sa argentina dun nya nakita ung ganung klase ng shoes. i have one pair of paez and ok naman. pero mas gusto ko pa din toms. mas ok ang fit sakin. meron sa rustan's glorietta. nakakita din ako dati sa isa sa stores naia terminal 3 (domestic). or for hassle free shopping, meron sa heywhereyou.com. free shipping sila.

yep another alternative would be paez or as suggested by Jon, go to Cebu. It is the in thing there - as i have personally noticed when i attended the sinulog. its very similar in fit and style with the toms but less in cost. its about 3 pairs for a thousand pesos. they call it the "kung-fu" shoes over there.

there's a variant of sanuk that looks like it. and that's the one i got instead of the toms (since it has a more durable sole, i think)... in fact, nagustuhan ko talaga that i got another pair of a different color.

what is okay with toms shoes, maraming designs and colors available...

dami ng fake na toms. kaya pala dumami nakatoms kahit sa barrio. fake pala.  sabi ng cousin ko 400.00 a pair lang daw.

i love my worn out toms... madami na kami napagdaanan nito. but i wouldnt mind getting another pair... someone give me one! Lol. M7 size ko.
