focus ko now chest, biceps at triceps..tapos papayat ng konti..mejo challenge saken yung tiyan..hirap

pasali sa pagworkout. hahaha!

ngayon bawas na ko sa mga kinakain na carbs and fats. mostly, kung kinakaya, high fiber food muna. tsaka nagtatry na ko mag tubig. hahaha. dati talaga coke yung tubig ko.

then everyday, doing sit-ups. tapos bike naman sa gabi sa UP pag di duty and may time. hahaha. effort lang.
