yup totoong essential ito. puts the modern in man. hehe!

para sa akin, rather than wear common jewelry, watch na lang. and invest in a good one yung pwede rin mai-sangla just in case in the future.

hiei

my 2 cents on watches... its better to invest on the classics at least di maluluma after a year... ano bang mga classic design?
a. typical dress watch - round and thin watches with black or brown leather strap
b. sports watch - divers or chrongraphs... kung modern twist sports oriented digitals
c. modern - usually rectangular or square watch.

brands? from affordable to uber expensive mayroon nung classic designs.

angelo

i got what you are thinking. ditto.
even for the "branded" ones, i get the classic designs since it is still the same throughout the years.

lucky you. would have wanted a new watch for my birthday, kaso ang mahal ng gusto kong watch. hahaha

angelo

meron ba sa inyo who go for the "de-cuerdas" type of watches or at least the automatic ones?

hiei

the one with the overdue calibration/maintenance is an automatic.... afaik every 3 ata or 5 years ang maintenance and pagbalik ng relo sa iyo parang bago ulit since na-polish ulit ang bracelet. scratch proof naman ang salamin kaya no need to worry sa gasgas.

where do you have it maintained? i think yung mga classic and branded lang ang may dedicated service centers.

jm

di ko pa napamaintain and it lasted at least a decade bago naging in-accurate ang oras. yup, sa service center mismo dapat dalhin, and based from suggestions may mahusay na gumagawa sa sfo.
