anu ang best na home exercise para mag loose weight or para lumiit ang bewang?? yung hindi n kailangan pa ng anything..  at anu ang best na diet ???

one month meron na basta araw araw. start ka muna sa kaya mo tapos increase mo ang bilang niya

samahan mo akyat baba ng hagdan. magbunot ka.
linis ng mga pader.

kung meron kang bar na kaya i-support weight mo, then use that for pull ups or lagyan mo ng tali para pwede parang TRX.
