alam ko masama rin ang sobrang wash ng face kasi naaalis yung skin lipids.. so kung pagsasabayin mo man dapat small amount lang talaga pareho.

hehehe! just always remember that whatever you do to remove moisture sa skin, you have to replenish it. activities such as too much washing, very long and frequent bathing, use of high pH soap, these remove moisture from the skin. in effect, it disturbs the equilibrium state of the skin and thus nagiging dry yung skin natin. we do not want dry skin because it predisposes people for itch, and probably vulnerability to further infections and other skin problems. :-)

pansin ko, ginamit ko yung Nivea for Men whitening (scrub and cleanser), mas oily ang face ko compared sa paggamit ko ng Nivea for Men Deep clean...

sabi nila, but i think marketing strategy lng un. but some product totoo. depende how frequent u use...
