Its been 6 months since I signed up in a gym club. I have a personal trainer for weight gain. I haven't tried working out without my trainer since I don't know if I will be doing the routine in the right form, plus I'm worried I might worsen my knee problem.

I work out 4 times a week. I'm in a high protein diet, less oily, fatty, and sweets. I was 156 lbs. when I started working out, and now I weigh 180 lbs. I can tell I've packed mass, however I don't feel that big and still I don't think my body mass is enough for my 184 cm height.

Been doing drop sets, super sets, super 21, and TRX resistance training.

I start my day with 15 min in the rotex. Then 30 min single muscle group workout, and another 15-20 min in the rotex.  My trainer doesn't encourage stretching but doing it wouldn't hurt.

For A1 Platinum Express, I'm paying 16 k for 30 sessions with my Platinum PT. valid for 4 months. I consume at least 14 sessions per month, so 30 sessions will be good for 2 months. Then I just keep on renewing my PT sessions.

The rate depends on the certification level of your trainer. there are 4 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. As the level goes up, the rate becomes more expensive.

Yep, for abs and lower body workout I do it on my own.
