we deliver high performance to our clients, not just on what they need but we also make things to improve their processess in terms of IT services, BPO and Solutions.

clue na yan.

dun kami nawo-work ni Marfz. hahaha

-----------------

naging call center agent ako for 4 years, naranasan ko lahat ng style sa work na yan.

-technical service rep ako sa iyang telephone service provider sa USA
-outbound techincal rep sa US client

ngayun andito pa rin ako sa same company pero im working as

-expense specialist
-microsoft project maintenance specialist
-subject matter expert sa dalawang tools namin

*lumipat ako ng capability dahil hindi sa ayaw ko na mag bpo kundi dahil wala ng challenge for me ang sa bpo and im not getting younger (im still 25) kasi since after college sa bpo na ako, so gusto ko naman ma experience ang work sa pang-araw at yung nasa office especially sa admin. dahil sa company ko ngayun dami ko ng alam na hindi ko pinag-aralan (nursing grad ako) pero ngayun di lang hospital stuffs ang alam ko meron na din ako technical background.

sinulat ko to' di dahil sa nagyayabang, kundi to give inspirations to those call center agents na gusto ng mag quit. sa panahon ngayun hirap humanap ng work. so kung na sa call center ka, build more experience and enjoy life. once pagud kana at gusto mo ng ibang klase ng work dun kana mag reflect ko anu ba ang maii-oofer mo sa future employer kung ang experience mo puro lang taking calls. maging proactive ka sa team lead mo na gusto ko mag handle ng mini lead, maging assistant team lead, maging QA. dont settle sa task mo na mag titake lang ng calls.

parang ang haba na nito.

sige guys.

ginagahan kasi ako mag type plus gusto ko ang topic kasi naging buhay ko to 4 years ago.

salamat.

both hands up.....and down to all our fellow bpo employees.

you have shown how resilient and patient a pinoy can be. working overnight being shock absorbers to foreign people. you guys deserved the compensation and if possible much more.

iv tried it but i lasted only the duration of the proby period then resigned. it was hard and i cant seem to adjust - lifestyle, environment, people then it strucked me, im not meant for this i understand the complexity of living a culture beyond an existing culture that is why i have high regards to those people in the bpo industry.

to you, call center people, God bless and may you have an infinite patience and strength.

(taena na-carried away ako hahaha nadala lang dun sa mga previous posts)
