how much ang compensation for a callboy without any experience?
take for example i apply right now, how much do i get?

usually basic pay starts at 13-15K without night differential, allowance...

for me ok lng un kasi pinoprotektahan lng ng company ang interest nila kc they are investing on people, they are training them with skills tpos ung mga nursing grad after sometime or after pumasa sa board, aalis na sila

so ang ending company will need to hire again new people and syang ung time and effort na nilagay nila sa mga tao
