me too i experience the same thing na nawawala ang phobia ko kapag nag-trail ride sa single track where one side is the edge na ng bundok. mas nauuna na sa akin ang pagod instead na takot hehehe

with rowing pwede siguro form interested members sa PGG, madali naman mag-rent ng oar and may mga bangka na available... contrary to popular belief na braso ang dragonboat rowing. actually, it's more of your whole back. kung brasuhin mo mas mabilis mapagod kaya mas maganda gawing compound - major muscle = back then whole core.. secondary to say the most ang arms... legs not much just keeping you planted. pero iba kaso sa rowing machine sa gym na whole body work-out and isa rin sa mga staple exercise ng crossfit... ung sa gym na rowing machine similar sa sculling,

i just remembered, meron din pala ako friend na nagro-rowing.. as in meron silang team.

uhmm... i'm not really into hiking. i did a little bit hiking way back but  it's too exhausting for me. i'm a beach person noy.  pero i'm open to do more hiking naman basta maging fit ulit ako. malapit na. lol. with my current size and health condition, hiking is something i wouldn't do. gusto ko umakyat ng pulag!

Well, sakin hindi nawawala ang takot. Pero nagagamit ko yung takot to my advantage.hehe Sa sobrang takot ko, napapabilis yung pag akyat ko ng wall at sobrang focused ako. :)

Yep! Whole body workout nga si rowing, kaso nakakaboring na.lol Gusto ko yung may adventure na kasama.:D At na-try ko na yung ibang crossfit workout, lalo akong nabawasan ng timbang.lol

kaloy, meron akong balak bumalik, pag nakalipat na ko ng work. pag nag dragonboat ka dapat consistent ka, hindi pwede yung andun ka ngayon next week wala, ang registration is 100 pesos lang, oo may sasalihan kang group/team. Mine is maharlika dragonboat. it is open sa sino man may gusto. basta willing ibigay ang time. yung paddle di mo need magdala, may dala yung head ng team.

Sige sige rowelle24! Sama po ako pag bumalik ka na. Kung 100 pesos, time, at commitment lang ba naman ang kailangan kong i-invest, kayang-kaya ko yan.:) Actually, mas gusto ko yung training ng Dragonboat kasi umaga sila.hehe Sabihan nyo lang po ako Sir. :D
