Who wears long johns here? How is it?

Kasama base layer and compression dri fits? If yes, I do wear these and planning to get another one dahil napapadalas takbo sa gabi in cold temp. Ok ang compression aspect with muscle recovery and sort of protection na rin sa shin scratches kng may oly lifts.
