Do you go to the gym?

I was wondering how many people here go to the gym? Where do you guys work out?

i used to go to the gym before, siguro 2yrs dn ako naggym dati.. kaso nagsarado na yung gym dito malapit sa amin. Gusto ko n nga ulit maggym, kaso wala ako makita na malapit sa place namin.  :)

hehe. hindi ko din alam eh. nagulat na lang ako, nabalitaan ko na magsasara na sila. kaw ba david nagggym ka?

i go to a gym. almost a year na. i think i already lost some weight pero parang wala pang "cuts"..  hehehe di lang cguro ako marunong o bka mali ung mga ginagawa kong routines.

i used to go to a gym for almost 2 years. nung nag stop ako for almost 2 years na rin, tumaba ako. kaya kailangan bumalik na rin..

nag weight training ka ba?

ey David, i do weights pero as I like it lang. yun bang, iikutin ko lang ung mga machines na available. i seldom do free weights. takot kasi ako at hindi ko alam kung ano ang tamang routine o combinations. but i do cardio evrytime. any suggestions or tips??  :)

^ singet lang pero hindi rin naman ako expert.

baka kaya wala pang cuts, kailangan mo pa mag-lose some more weight. suggested din na mag free weights ka para may variety at yung muscle groups kasi mas nawo-work out rather than machines (na parang masyadong focused sa isang bahagi)

oo delikado mag free weights pag di mo alam.. mamaya ma injury ka pa.. hehe.. best is kumuha ka ng fitness trainer... if not.. cardio and ikot sa machines.. ayos na un!

un na nga lang ginagawa ko kasi ang mahal pag kumuha ng personal trainor.. mamumulubi ako...  hehehe bka dun lang, pumayat na ako.. tsaka goal ko lang naman is to loose weight and better blood circulation. kaya oks na rin un..

btw, san ba kayo nag wowork out??
