How can you tell if they're charging too much?

Location plays a large part in charging. Expect to pay more in upscale locations as opposed to more residential areas. Also, if the dermatologist has a clinic in his / her own house, they usually (not always though) charge less

When I was a teenager.. I got a breakout of acne..

Try using S.O.S.
You can buy it from Mercury Drug store. Wala pang 100Php yun.
It's a roll on. May instructions sa likod nun.
I suggest to apply it every morning and before sleeping.

oooh....
how safe is it?
Very safe.
