guys, i'm just new here... i was searching for a good spa and massage when this site appeared... gusto ko din makahanap ng best spa...

pareho tayo..hanggang CB lang ako..but its been years since i last visited CB...baka maligaw na nga ako ngayon pag pumunta uli ako doon hehehe

napunta lang ako doon kasi yung owner nun ay kilalang model tapos nagpupunta pa dun yung pulis na galing sa that's entertainment

wala naman standard way of going inside a spa. pero ito yung ginagawa ko.

1. minsan nakalagay dun sa door PUSH or PULL. gawin mo.
2. pasok ka.
3. minsan meron mga "menu" na naka-display sa reception area. check it out. then pag meron ka mga q's, ask mo si ate/kuya receptionist.  then mamili ka ng service na gusto mo. ask mo din kung anong inclusive sa service na yun (minsan kasama use of wet area, free drinks, etc.). ask mo din kung meron sauna/steam/shower.
4. pag nakapagdecide ka na, sabihan si receptionist. bibigyan ka ng key for the locker.
5. usually, meron mag-guide sayo papasok sa spa area.
6. take off your clothes. kung meron wet area, kasama undies. unhygienic kasi kung naka-undies ka sa wet area. wrap yourself with the towel provided then enter the wet area. gawin mo lahat ng gusto mo gawin sa wet area, wag lang obscene. lol. ako ginagawa ko, shower --> steam/sauna --> shower
7. pasok ka na sa massage area for your service.
8. after, rest ka muna 30mins min.
9. sabi ng iba, bawal daw maligo after massage. kung ayaw mo na, di wag. pero kung gusto mo, usually naman unlimited use of the wet area naman ang kasama sa service, kaya abusuhin mo na. haha.
10. pagtapos ka na, bihis ka na. then magbayad.

yung iba, baka meron kayo sariling "process"... share niyo din kay govelson.

nako sa manila wala ako alam. sa MOA lang alam ko. halos lahat ng SM Malls meron Body Tune spa. Nandun sya sa may south side, 2nd floor dun sa open area (i believe it's right above fully booked, if i remember it right).

ok naman sa spa na yun. meron ka choice to get a male or female therapist. meron shower and sauna. mejo pricey lang, nasa 550 ata for FBM.

try mo wensha pasay. pero hindi maganda experience ko sa branch nila sa timog. hehe.
