problema ko din ang pagkapayat ko. may muscle.. pero mukhang kulang ng laman. pag kumain ako, bandehado. natutulog naman ako ng tama at nagee-xercise pero balewala..  may recommended ba kayong vitamin supplement na effective?

try nyo tong weight gain training qu .. ako lng naka discover tsaga lng and determination :)

im jay 17 yrs old .. 5'8 tall or 5'7 ata .. 125lbs . :D


nung nag simula ako mag gym 2 months ago . nakakhiya kase sobra payat ko dati  ??? nag cmula ako mag gym 109 lbs lng aq . kinapalan ko muka mo nag gym ako nag tanong tanong ako kaya aun may konting success n din ..

3 program qu ewan ko lng kung tama pero nag improve tlga ko d2 nagulat mga classmates ko nung highskul kc macho ko daw ? haha saya dba !  ;D

1. chest , triceps
2.back , biceps
3.shoulder,lower(legs),abs

gagawin nyu yan everyday alternate .

bago mag gym kumain ng kahit anong ulam basta may kanin . then after mag gym kanin din ulet . amf n yan sobrang nakakbadtrip kumain pinilit ko lng tlga . ;)

then habang nag ggym naman inom kau pro weigh or soya . mura lng soya 27 pesos lng sa mini stop :D protein giver yan .. tapos sa umaga abangan nyo ung magtataho bili kyo khit 10pesos ok n .. tpos ever 3hrs kain kanin :D basta kanin  ;D

oops bawal mag puyat ! kahit mga 10pm lng ma2log n kyo . tpos tanghali tulog din pra sulit lakas sa gym .. hmm anu p b ?

ung appeton nga pla d ako nag improve dun . sayang 800  :)

pa2ro n lng kau sa mga instructor kung panu ggwen sa mga binigay kong program .
un lng suggestion ko gudluck and ingatz !  :)

Before ako nag-gym, a month ago, ang weight ko 128lbs.

...now its 133lbs...

Napansin ko lang, if araw-araw ako nag-gi-gym, hindi ako ganun lumalaki - hindi dumadagdag ung timbang unless ang dami ng kinain ko then after 2 hoiurs, baba ulit ung timbang ko.

... pero if 1 araw lang ako hindi ng gym(rest), nagiging stable ung timbang ko.

and no, i will not take supplements for enchancement.

lahat tayo may kanya kanya tayong amount ng calories per day na kailangan imaintain para d mabawasan weight natin... ang gawin mo dagdagan mo yun ng para tumaba ka... search nyo sa about.com ung counter ng calories per day...

Here's mine... pang example.. hehe..

age: 22
height: 5'11" / 71 inches (mga ganun)
current weight: 135 lbs
goal weight: 145 lbs

I need 2401.8 calories per day to maintain my current weight without exercise.

I need 2474.1 calories per day to reach my goal weight slowly and maintain that weight without exercise.

If I reduce my current caloric intake to 1901.8 calories per day I will lose one pound per week without exercise.

If I increase my current caloric intake to 2901.8 calories per day, I will gain one pound per week.

Exercise and Calorie Needs

If I exercise for 30 minutes each day, I may increase my caloric intake to 2616.2 calories per day and still maintain your current weight.

If I exercise for 60 minutes each day, I may increase my caloric intake to 2889.1 calories per day to maintain your current weight.

If I exercise for 30 minutes each day, I will be able to reach my goal weight with 2696.5 calories per day.

If I exercise for 60 minutes each day, I will be able to reach my goal weight with 2979.5 calories per day.

now kung tataasan ko yung calorie intake ko bibigat ako... pero di basta2 laklak ng kung anu ano...

approximately 50 percent of your calories come from carbohydrates, about 30 percent from fats, and approximately 20 percent from protein sources. One gram of protein has about four calories, one gram of fat has about nine calories, and one gram of carbohydrate has about four calories.

Now with the given information before..

I need 300.2 grams of carbohydrates, 79.3 grams of fat, and 120.1 grams of protein per day for 2401.8 calories to maintain my weight of 135 pounds.

I need 309.3 grams of carbohydrates, 81.6 grams of fat, and 123.7 grams of protein per day for 2474.1 calories to maintain my goal weight of 145 pounds.

aun po... that's for gaining weight... xiempre dapat samahan ng workout para d taba ung maipon mo... for workout, sa mga gym meron silang mga programs...

D mo actually kailangan magspend ng malaki para sa mga suppliments... tyagaan lang...

5'11 din ako. i'm 18 years old nung 4th year highschool 5'10 ako
i am a 130 pounder that time.

nagstart ako mg gym. gngwa ko. kain before gym. kain after gym.

6 small meals a day din pwede. ngaun 165 lbs na ako. haha

matagal ko na rin gusto tumaba.... ang prob lang tlga wala kasi ako disiplina. lagi ako wala sa oras kumain, kung minsan talagang skip na ako ng meal tapos nagpupuyat pa... ewan ko ba, pero kapag nsa bahay ako, mahina ako kumain...

alam ko naglalaro sa 120-125 lbs weight ko e. sana madagdagan pa ng 25 lbs para sarado 150 hehe. tignan ko kung magagawa ko yan when i get back to cavite...

pareho tayo jun..if nasa wala akong time kumain kasi na sa harapan ko ng TV....wala akong kain masyado palagi kong pinapagod sarili...

hay...i  need to change my lifestyle na...hay

mabilis mag-gain ng weight ang mga active sa gym tapos titigil afterwards. As in lobo talaga if you're not going to control your eating habits  ;D

i'm 5'9 tall... 144lbs ang timbang ko... am not sure kung tama na ba timbang ko.. pero tingin ko kasi payat parin ako..

gusto ko na madagdagan pa muscles ko.. ano ba tama, magdadag pa ng timbang o magbuhat pa ng magbuhat?

kung muscles ang gusto mo madagdagan e dapat nga magbuhat ka pa ng magbuhat. Mas madali lumaki ang muscles ng mga payat pero para sa akin lang ha yung payat na may mga musles parang construction worker o kargador ang dating. No offense meant.

ayoko rin naman na payatot ka tas bumabato katawan mo.. haha.. at mas lalong ayaw ko ng parang palakang "karag" ako sa laki ng katawan.. haha

normal yan.

BMI mo is 21.26. medically you're in a normal weight range.
if we're talking about a "healthy" range, nasa 140 pounds to 168 pounds yung ideal weight mo.

I'm 5'4". nagstart aq sa 120 lbs. Ngyon eh 150 lbs.. Ang aim q eh umabot ng 170 lbs. tpos cut aq ng 10 lbs para ripped na.

I eat 6 small meals a day consisting of fat and protein.. I only consume 30g max for carbohydrates.. I'm on a ketogenic diet.. I eat rice only on weekends.. I lift very heavy.. M W F for 2 years.

(I would like to create an article for this discussing about my experience on this diet complete with my pictures to see improvements.)
