So true.. Pero in my case eh I completely remove the rice.., And my bewang na 37 turned 32. wala ding bread or any carbs.. I eat a lot of protein and fat. I suggest you replace it with green leafy vegetables. avoid potatoes and tomatoes. Kung di kya ng walang rice.. eh replace it with sweet potato (kamote!)

(Anti-PETA ako eh.., I eat a lot of meat and less to plant-derived food.,)

Ito yung pagumuungos ka na kasabay ng pag-ungol nyo., Mpapansin mo na pawis na pawis ka na kahit na me aircon., Ikaw dapat ang babayo pra magbuburn ka ng calories.,

Another tip: Kapg nakikipagkantutan ka, you should take deep breathes ocassionally.., Nakakatulong ito pra magising ang katawan mo na panay urong-sulong lng ang gngwa. Tpos titigasan kapa lalo..,
